I Get It
I had an eating disorder in my late teens and early twenties. I was completely consumed by thoughts about food and weight, constantly striving to control what I ate and how I looked, and constantly failing. It finally got bad enough that I knew I needed help.
As I started my own recovery journey, and started feeling the freedom that comes from a life without an eating disorder, I knew I wanted to help other people who were struggling.
You may have a similar story, or it may be totally different. No matter where your path has taken you, you can fully recover from an eating disorder and heal your relationship with food. With both emotional support and real tools, you can move away from your eating disorder and rediscover joy in living.
