MEET YOUR COUNSELORS

We're married counselors providing marriage counseling and individual counseling. And yes, we talk about psychology way too much at home! We've used all the skills we're going to teach you to grow as individuals and grow a strong marriage.

ELIZABETH

I'm a licensed mental health counselor and certified nutritionist, and I've been in practice for over 10 years.
I love helping young adults in particular overcome depression & anxiety as they transition from college into the "real world." That was a rocky time for me and I love seeing my clients graduate from counseling with confidence & hope for their future.
I'm a total nerd for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because it helped me overcome my own depression and find real self-acceptance.
In my leisure time I love playing banjo and cooking.

WILLIAM

I'm a licensed mental health counselor and certified EMDR provider. I've been in practice for over 10 years.
There's no greater joy for me than seeing my clients break free from the shackles of PTSD, and know themselves to be capable & whole. My own recovery brought me to a place where I can experience child-like fun and safety.
Outside of counseling I love playing the guitar and I'm a life-long physical fitness nut.
